Skin Psoriasis

My rescue girl cat (Kitty, Kitty The Kitty) has a clump of skin Psoriasis around her neck. It is like a white clump like scar on one side of her neck. It was mentioned to change here diet. for a food without grain.
Any other suggestions?

If you live in a dry climate, I'd look into getting a humidifier. That may help moisturize the skin.

I have an issue like that with my cat. Never thought of a humidifier. I will definitely try that. Thanks!
